We like to establish direct contact with our customers; you will not just fill a “form” or get an automatic reply from a server when you write an email to us. All contacts are done personally by one of the company’s directors.

Minimums: Minimum opening order is US$500. The minimum order per item is 3 of each SKU.

Payments: All payments are done 50% with the purchase order. The remaining 50% will be transferred upon the confirmation of delivery.
Shipping Cost: Shipments are done from Lima, Peru. Shipping costs will be determined on each order separately. All of our orders are supervised by a Customs Broker.
Packing: Ethnique is committed to the safe shipment of your merchandise. We are aware that there is a concern regarding shipping and handling on pottery products, that is why we take special care in the packing of our products. Each piece is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and put in specially made double corrugated boxes. Each box is filled with Kraft paper used for protection as insulation.
Shipping: All our orders are exported by air cargo. Usually all orders arrive in 5-7 days after they leave the airport in Lima.
SKU: All of our products SKUs are formed by a 6-digit number (except for our Sets). The first 4 digits, determine the product type, design and color, and the last 2 digits will determine the size of each product.
